The Association of Friends of the La Bastida site (ASBA) with CIF G73769671 is a non-profit association with the registered office at Camino de Carivete s / n in Totana (CP 30850) and email asbadetotana@gmail.com. Its website, www.ruta-argarica.es, presents its virtual store, governed by the following General Terms and Conditions of the Contract.

1. FIND THE PRODUCT
The product is displayed through a broad classification by categories or through the search box, located next to the summary of the cart. In addition, each product has a detail button that allows access to its file, where you can select the size, units, etc., apart from checking its characteristics, photos and price, and can then be added to the “cart”.

2. SELECT AND ADD PRODUCTS TO THE BASKET
Active and intuitive navigation allows you to view and make a selection of products, which will be stored in the shopping cart. This is always visible in its summarized version on the right side of the page. The content of the cart can be changed at any time.
To carry out the purchase, you must register as a user at any time during your browsing. The data that you enter in the forms may be modified whenever the user wishes.

3. VALIDATE THE PURCHASE
Once the product selection finishes, it will proceed to confirm your order. The retail billing is specified in this process, including the shipping costs according to the shipping address, which can be chosen between those that the user has registered or a new one.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. However, these are detailed in the ‘shopping cart’ before placing the order.
The shipping cost can be found on the same website. This cost only includes door-to-door packaging and transport costs. It does not include other expenses, such as duties, taxes or customs fees for non-EU countries.

5. PAYMENT
When the order is confirmed, payment will be made through bank transfer (which must include the order number indicated at the end of the purchase) or via Stripe platforms or PAYPAL.

6. SHIPPING
Once the payment is made, ASBA will inform the status of the order through emails.
In the case that the customer does not notice external breakages in the package when received but observes damage caused by transport when opening it, he/she must notify the transport company in less than 24 hours to report it and contact the Company. It is recommended to open the package with the carrier present or indicate that it has not been checked on the delivery note. Otherwise, it will be understood that the product has been accepted in accordance. Once the previous period has elapsed, the transport company considers that the merchandise sent is in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage.
The delivery time of the Order will depend on the type of shipment selected and the delivery address.

ASBA is not responsible for any delay caused in transport by:
– Incorrect or incomplete address
– Do not indicate a contact phone number
– Carrier strikes

7. RECEIPT OF THE ORDER
The products are sent to the shipping address indicated in the order by the customer. In the case of placing an order for several items with different availabilities, the delivery time will take into account the longest expected. In exceptional cases, the Company reserves the right to break down the order, sending the items on stock and leaving the unavailable pending for a second shipment. The Company will not send any product until its administration department has verified that the payment has been made.
In the event that the customer detects a problem at the time of delivery of his order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), this must be indicated in writing on the delivery note of the carrier, and notify the Company via email  tienda@ruta-argarica.es, within 24 hours of receipt. Return of a damaged or missing item will not be accepted if it has not been communicated within the established period. All this without prejudice to the guarantee right for products that do not comply with the contract that assists all consumers by the current regulations.
If the client does not receive the order, he can contact ASBA through the email tienda@ruta-argarica.es.

8. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
The Customer may change an order if it has not been dispatched. Therefore, if, for any reason, you want to make a change regarding the confirmation sheet, you must notify it as soon as possible through the email  tienda@ruta-argarica.es, indicating the desired changes..
Any difference in amount between the original order and the modified one will be processed following the procedure corresponding to the chosen means of payment. The Company will not assume the costs of return and new shipment.

9. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at the address Camino de Carivete s / n 30850 de Totana through an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the corresponding period expires.
In case of withdrawal, all payments received will be returned. However, the Customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Payment will be made without any undue delay and, in any case, a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which the Client reports the withdrawal.
Said reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction unless otherwise expressly provided. In any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the reimbursement, as long as ASBA has received the returned parts in perfect condition and with the packaging they were sent in. In case of breakage, the pieces must be sent in the same packaging that they were received.
